Take PULSE in Hand!

With the new PDA remote control for the Brüel & Kjaer PULSE measurement system it is no problem to take your measuring tasks in hand. It is a remote control and a remote display using a Pocket PC with a wireless LAN connection to a PULSE system.

The transmission of the control commands and results of measurement is made by a WLAN network connection between the measuring system and the Pocket PC. By using speed optimization algorithms, the refresh rate of the measured results is up to four times per second including a PULSE display or a screen capture display.

The remote control is particularly suitable for measurement applications in vehicles or for acoustic source detection using an intensity probe.

PDARemotePulse shows a selectable PULSE classic display, selectable cursor values, a level meter page as well as an overload status page. Communication end-point on the PULSE system PC is implemented as an embedded ActiveX control in PULSE LabShop. All configuration data are stored along with the PULSE project so they are always re-used with the same project.
